Phone calls: whatever you tell us during the call. We do not record calls.
Website analytics: aggregate visit statistics only (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device type). Our analytics provider, Cloudflare Web Analytics, does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

To respond to your inquiry and provide an estimate.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not use cookies at all. The Housecall Pro quote form, customer portal, and reviews widget are served from Housecall Pro's own domains and may set their own session cookies as needed for those embedded experiences.

Data retention

We keep your contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and serve you. Lead and customer records stored by Housecall Pro are retained per our account settings and applicable tax and business record laws.
